If you are using Windows Vista or 7 and want to remove the "Location" history from "Desktop Background" list, then this trick is for you.
In Windows Vista and 7, you can change the Desktop Photo by right-clicking on Desktop and select "Personalize" and then click on "Desktop Background" and Apply your desired wallpaper by browsing to the folder.
But whenever you browse a folder for the wallpaper, its location is stored in drop-down box and everyone can use that path:
